The Sigenergy EV AC charger integrates natively with your inverter and battery. Remote monitoring — always on

Every system we install is connected to Sigenergy's cloud platform. We can see your system's performance in real time — generation, consumption, battery state, grid flow. If something falls outside normal parameters, we know before you do.

Annual performance check

Once a year, we review your system's generation data against its modelled output and your power bill. If performance has drifted, we investigate. If your usage has changed and your system no longer fits, we'll tell you — and what to do about it.

On-call support

Our team is Auckland-based and contactable by phone. If something seems off — a drop in generation, an alert in the app, anything — call us. We're not a call centre. You'll speak to someone who knows your system.

Fault diagnosis and repair

If a component needs attention, we coordinate everything — diagnosis, parts, and our licensed electrical partners for any physical work. Warranty claims on Sigenergy inverters and Suntech panels are handled by us on your behalf.

Not necessarily. A grid-connected solar system without a battery still reduces your power bill significantly — you use solar power during the day and export any surplus back to the grid for a credit. A battery makes sense if you want to use your solar power at night or have backup power during outages.
